Created during World War I, the Sidecar was first made in Paris, France and became an instant classic that is still highly popular today.
1.5 oz. Cognac
3/4 oz. Cointreau
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Mix ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, strain and garnish with an orange twist.
* Some bartenders will actually serve this drink with a sugared rim.
